MIAMI, Fla. (NBC6 - WTVJ) A Miami teen battling a rare abdominal cancer had his dream of meeting Patriots quarterback Tom Brady come true before Sunday's Dolphins game.
Ernesto Aparicio was diagnosed with Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor and has been undergoing chemotherapy at Nicklaus Children's Hospital.
The Miami Dolphins and Live Like Bella Foundation teamed up to make Ernesto's wish come true, and the 13 year old met with Brady at Sun Life Stadium before the game.
Brady posed for photos with Ernesto and even gave him his hoodie. Ernesto also met other members of the Dolphins and Patriots as well as some of the Dolphins cheerleaders.
