A Florida man is in custody after a heated tirade was caught on camera after an apparent case of road rage in Tampa.

Florida Highway Patrol said the incident happened on Friday at 11:44 a.m. on the Interstate 4 entrance ramp from 21st Street in Tampa.

Another driver filmed a man, identified by Florida Highway patrol troopers as Eric Starowicz (pictured below), screaming at a driver that he claimed cut him off.

Troopers said Starowicz of Apollo Beach, Fla., sped in front of the driver, then hit the brakes, causing the van to hit his jeep.

The video starts after troopers said Starowicz smashed the van's driver's side window.

He then reportedly sped off after the tirade.

Troopers caught up with him at his home Sunday, arresting him on charges including driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a crash.
