A driver in Port St. Lucie said his Samsung Galaxy Note 7 caused his car to be engulfed in flames.
NewsChannel 5 had the only crew at the scene Tuesday night at Crosstown Parkway and California Boulevard.
Fire rescue said it's investigating if the phone exploded, causing the blaze.
The devices are under recall because the batteries can catch fire.
