PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla.-- A woman and an 11-year-old are facing charges after police say they found the pair with their neighbor’s Christmas presents.

The break-in happened Monday night at a home on SW Fifer Avenue.

Police say the child used a brick to break a window, went inside and then unlocked a door for the adult to enter.

The victim says several presents were taken along with a jewelry box, several pieces of jewelry, a checkbook, toiletry items, wine, a gallon of milk, a comforter, gift cards, candy, perfume, and other miscellaneous items.

Police arrested the child and Diamond Keonsha Martin, 21, of Port St. Lucie.

Both face charges of burglary and grand theft.

Martin was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail.

The child was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
