A grand jury has formally indicted two men accused of killing an FAU student.

On Thursday the grand jury decided there was enough evidence to charge Donovan Henry and Rodrick Woods with first degree murder with a firearm.

Both men will also face charges of robbery and burglary with a firearm.

Detectives believe the men were involved in the death of Nick Acosta.

The 19-year-old was shot in late December during a suspected drug deal at a University Park Apartments, a student-only apartment complex in Boca Baton.

Three other suspects are still on the loose.
