Radio transmissions among deputies  and dispatch the night a couple was viciously attacked and killed in Martin County have been released.

Austin Harrouff is accused of killing John and Michelle Stevens in the garage of their home a week ago.

At one point in the transmission you hear dispatch say, “Call started off as a domestic. Complainant walked across the street to check on the female. The male that was beating up the female stabbed the complainant in the back with a knife a couple of times. The suspect is still across the street and fire rescue is staging.”

”The complainant that called this in advises that the female across the street that was involved in the domestic is possibly unconscious,” the dispatcher later says.

After a few minutes passed you hear a request asking if fire rescue can enter.  “No sir, I’ve got this guy wrapped around him and he’s fighting him,” a deputy answers.

At one point you hear what sounds like shouts.

A detective and crime scene are requested to come to the scene.

“Possible two signal 7s (dead bodies) we need them in here now,” a deputy tells dispatch.

“I know you have your hands full do you have any suspects that are not 10-12,” someone radios a deputy.

The response: “We have everybody 10-12. One suspect.”

The sheriff’s office said Monday that detectives continue following up on leads as they wait for results of toxicology tests.

Harrouff, remains in stable but critical condition. Harrouff's parents told our news partners at the Palm Beach Post that his son's organs are malfunctioning, his lungs are filling with fluid and he has bleeding of the esophagus.

Investigators hope to question him when he becomes more awake and alert.
