A 34-year-old man is facing a murder charges in the shooting death of 39-year-old woman earlier this month in Mangonia Park.
Rosemithe Colin, 39, was fatally shot through a sliding glass door at the Hampton Court apartment complex on Aug. 7.
The suspect in the shooting, Luther Walker, was arrested on unrelated charges Tuesday by U.S. marshals.
On Thursday, he had three more pending state charges, including the first-degree murder of Colin.
Walker now sits in a special section of the jail for federally-charged criminals on a detainer for Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
Walker is not expected to be at first appearance Friday, due to the federal charges.
The sheriff's office told WPTV, "this is the justice Colin, her family and we were waiting for."
