WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- One person died in a mobile home fire Saturday morning in West Palm Beach.
At 9:40 a.m. firefighters with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to reports of a fire inside the Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park near 63rd Drive S. and 16th Way South.
First arriving firefighters encountered a mobile home with flames showing from the home.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire and protect nearby mobile homes from also catching fire.
One person died in the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The American Red Cross was contacted to assist two adults and two children.
