RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. -- Riviera Beach finally has a council member for District 1.
Lynne Hubbard edged out incumbent Bruce Guyton Tuesday night.
This is the second runoff and third election for that seat.
It comes after Guyton tried to take Hubbard to court over what he called voter fraud. The judge said there wasn't enough evidence to prove his case.
Hubbard will now serve a three-year term.
