Palm Beach police have arrested a suspect more than seven years after they say he ripped off a woman.

Police said the victim hired Oscar Orlando Guevara, 41, of Miami Beach, Fla., in November 2009 to move and store items in her apartment while she had it renovated.

The victim said she paid an upfront fee and monthly storage fees for the next year before discovering her items, which she valued at $60,000, were gone.

She went to police in October 2010 regarding the robbery.

Guevara was finally charged with fraud and grand theft on April 9, 2017.

He was released after posting a $7,500 bond.
