More money may be pumped into the Palm Beach County economy, but it could be coming out of your pocket.
On Tuesday, the county commission approved a recommendation to raise the county's sales tax one penny per dollar to 7 percent.
If voters approve this measure in November, the extra money would help upgrade roads, bridges, schools and county buildings.
