For hours Thursday morning, law enforcement swarmed within a business along Dixie Highway and 4th Avenue South.
The business is LSD Gallery.
Officers with the alcoholic beverage and tobacco unit and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office were on scene. State agents were undercover.
The agencies worked together to arrest the owner of LCD Gallery, 28-year-old Clinton Zimmer and his wife Courtney Hoekstra, also 28.
Arrest records indicate both Zimmer and his wife face two counts each of selling a synthetic narcotic.
State agents confirmed that Zimmer and his wife were selling oils that tested positive for THC, the liquid from marijuana, a more potent form of marijuana, they said.
Officials are working on finalizing the arrest report.
