A man is charged with sexual battery and kidnapping a 14-year-old girl.
Jose Aguilera-Ortega, 19, is accused of raping the girl near a plaza where he worked.
According to a police report, he tried to coax the teen inside a Dollar General in Greenacres.
When she refused to be his girlfriend, deputies said he grabbed her wrist and pulled her to the dumpster where he performed sexual acts. The girl said he apologized several times during the encounter.
Aguilera-Ortega is in the Palm Beach County Jail.
