Your guilty pleasure snacks may soon taste less ... guilty thanks to a new ruling by the Food and Drug Administration that will limit artificial trans fats in the U.S. food supply during the next three years.

French fries, pies and popcorn might all be affected in what some are calling the White House's trans fat ban. The ban will restrict food suppliers from using partially hydrogenated oils, which are the main source of artificial trans fats and linked to high levels of cholesterol. Trans fat occurs naturally in many milk and meat items -- but still is considered unhealthy.

While the greasiness of some fried foods may be missed by all, it's hard to believe that no one will be harder hit than President Obama himself -- a noted fast food junkie. So as an ode to our fearless, fatty-foods leader, a break down by serving of some foods that will be affected by the ban and others that already have naturally occurring trans-fats in them -- as modeled by Obama.
