State investigators found food at Mi Mexico Lindo Y Que Rico, located on 13955 Smith Sundy Rd., that was supposed to be held at 41 degrees or lower.  However, the food was being held at much higher temperatures.

Inspectors put a stop sale on cooked pork, beef and cheese.

Inspectors also found live, small flying insects.

During the Nov. 15 inspection, officials found a total of five high-priority violations.

The restaurant has re-opened since its temporarily closure.
