Seth Marks arrested on child pornography and drug charges, Boynton Beach police say

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - A Boynton Beach man has been arrested and charged with downloading child pornography.

The Boynton Beach Police Department says that it received a tip from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office that a Google user had uploaded two images of child pornography on an email draft.

Police say that they searched the Boynton Beach home of Seth Marks.

Marks, according to police, had two computers which contained over 50 images and videos of child pornography.

Investigators say that Marks also had cocaine in his apartment.

Marks, according to police, lived within 1,000 feet of Rolling Green Elementary School and was charged with possessing drugs near a school in addition to child pornography charges.

Marks was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
