Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal crash that claimed the life of motorcyclist John 'Jack' Henry Regan on I-95 Saturday morning
Troopers said a motorcycle and a car collided around 3 a.m. between Donald Ross Rd. and Indiantown Rd.
All lanes, except one, were shut down for several hours while investigators took pictures of the roadway.
Investigators said alcohol may have been a factor in this accident.
The motorcyclist has been identified as John 'Jack' Henry Regan, 58, of Coral Springs.
Amanda McClure of Palm City was the driver of the car.
McClure is in serious condition at Jupiter Medical Center.
Investigators say the front of McClure's vehicle struck the rear of Regan's motorcycle, ejecting him.
She lost control of her car and entered the center median and struck the guardrail.
McClure's car was redirected onto the northbound lanes before coming to rest on the inside paved shoulder.
