Man shot, killed outside West Palm Beach gas station, police searching for homicide suspects

Shots rang out shortly after 4:00 p.m.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A man was shot and killed outside a Citgo gas station on Tuesday near 45th Street and Haverhill, bringing traffic to a standstill according to West Palm Beach Police.

Investigators said the shots rang out shortly after 4:00 p.m. near the sidewalk on the south side of 45th Street.

The victim's family said the man was 17-years-old and they have no idea who would want to kill him.

Detective said they do not know if they are searching for a suspect or multiple suspects.

Eastbound lanes of 45th Street will remain closed as investigators piece together the homicide.
