Putting bugs in deep freeze

WEST PALM BEACH, FL - Remember our cold snap in the winter of 2010 in South Florida. Pythons stopped in their slithering tracks and frozen iguanas fell from the trees.

Something similar--with far, far bigger drops in the mercury--is happening up north in the never ending battle against invasive insects. Winter has served a wallop that could win some battles, for awhile at least.
