Gay rights organizations will rally following Supreme Court rulings on same sex marriage cases

Gay rights groups statewide are expected to rally or protest today, depending on the rulings the Supreme Court will make in two same-sex marriage cases.

Several groups will show up at the West Palm Beach city center plaza and either cheer about the decision regarding DOMA or the Defense of Marriage Act and California's Proposition 8, or protest it.
The Palm Beach County National Organization for Woman, the Palm Beach County Human Rights Council and Equality Florida are some of the groups that will be in attendance.
Local leaders are expected to speak.
Group members are asking people to come out with signs and posters and bring your friends and family.
Other events are also planned throughout the state including Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tallahassee, Orlando just to name a few.
The rulings are expected to come down sometime around 4 p.m.
Groups plan to show up at the city center at 4:30.
