Fright Nights- It's opening weekend for one of the most popular Halloween Horrors in South Florida. The scariest Halloween phenomenon ever, "Fright Nights Scream Park" is coming back to Palm Beach County (South Florida Fairgrounds, 9067 Southern Blvd, West Palm Beach) for a month of screams and chills! The park will feature 4 haunted houses, midway rides, games, food, drinks, prizes, scare zones, costume parties and much, much more. Pet-a-palooza- We all know how much South Floridians love their pets! That's why you need to bring your pet to the largest free pet event in South Florida, PET-A-PALOOZA ! Carlin Park (400 Florida A1A, Jupiter) will be transformed this weekend so you and your best friends can enjoy live music, visit an array of retail vendors and grab a bite to eat. There will be plenty of entertainment provided to the four-legged community including Splash Dogs (water dock jumping), the Doggie Fun Zone and the pet psychic Lisa Shaw will be reading your pets. Attendees can also catch the show or a demonstration by the U.S. Canine Border Patrol throughout the day. And the fun doesn't stop when you trot out of the park. Capture your memories and take them with you with a visit to the pet-friendly photo booth presented by Animal Allergy Skin & Ear Specialists. Don't have a four-legged friend? Find yours at Pet-A-Palooza! There will be plenty of animals at "Christie's Critters Take Me Home Zone." With over 20 non-profit agencies set up onsite, you are sure to find your family pet. Stuart Craft Fair- The craft festival made its stop in Delray Beach last weekend, and now it's heading up to the Treasure Coast! The 14th Annual Downtown Stuart Craft Fair comes to Stuart (26 SW Osceola St. 
Stuart) this weekend featuring more than 100 crafters exhibiting and selling their work in an outdoor gallery. From photography, paintings, sculpture, jewelry and more showcased from local and traveling crafters, your visit to downtown Stuart promises to be a feast for the senses. This spectacular weekend festival is not to be missed. With over 70 gift shops, restaurants and clothing stores, this quaint downtown area sees locals and visitors alike who wish to enjoy a small town warmth with events like this! Family Fun Fest- Whether your 5-years-old, 25, or even 55, you'll be sure to fall in love with science at the third annual "Fall Family Fun Fest," this weekend. The Science Center's annual Fall Family Fun Fest  promises to bring lots of fun to West Palm Beach (4801 Dreher Trail N, West Palm Beach) this weekend! You don't want to miss the fall-themed festivities that will spill onto the front lawn of the Science Center, including live entertainment, science-themed crafts, face painting, a bounce house, liquid nitrogen demonstrations, a petting zoo, a bean bag toss and much more.  Special sweet treats will be provided in the form of snow cones, popcorn and cotton candy. There will even be a Mobile Learning Adventure on site as well. The hands-on MLA exhibit offers educational games for children to do with their parents on two touch-screen kiosks. Activities include the "When I Grow Up" station, where kids dress up as different professionals and have their picture superimposed on an appropriate background. $13.50 for adults, $10 for children; Sunday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
ARToberfest- Due to the overwhelming popularity of the "Summer Daze Concert Series" held in June/July 2013 Propaganda has decided to claim yet another "J Street Block Party" for the fall season. Come out to the 3rd Annual "ARToberfest" local art & music festival (J Street, Downtown Lake Worth) this weekend. The event will feature over 50 local artist/craft vendors and over 20 local bands on 3 stages! The "Street Stage" will act as the main stage featuring local greats such as The Vogans, Galimimus, Lavola & many more helping to create the setting for festival attendees as they stroll through J Street! And once the sun goes down, Propaganda's inside stage will feature live music in a more intimate setting. The People Upstairs, Dooms De Pop & Smith Sundy are some of the bands that are sure to rock the socks off anyone inside "Prop!" Organizers say there's something for everyone so all ages are welcome to come and enjoy. Free; Saturday 2 p.m. - 12 a.m.
