VIDEO: Circular ice forms, spins in North Dakota's Sheyenne River

LEONARD, N.D. - Take a look at Mother Nature's work of art.  This circular pattern of ice called an eddy formed on the Sheyenne River in North Dakota.

Patterns like this have been seen before in the river when it begins to ice up, but this one is unusual for being a nearly perfect circle.
