ORLANDO, Fla. — Thousands of Harry Potter fans are flocking to an exciting new attraction at Universal Orlando Resort, and it's leading to incredibly long wait times.

According to the park's official app, the wait time at one point Thursday morning for Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure was 10 hours!

Taste and See South Florida's T.A. Walker got a sneak peek at the coaster earlier this week.

The newest roller coaster in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is the longest coaster in Florida, and uses a virtual line system.

"The crowds for a Harry Potter attraction can be somewhat overwhelming which is exciting and wonderful," said Elaine Hinds, Executive Producer for Universal Creative, told WPTV earlier this week. "But it allows people to be able to go ahead and cue up, and while they are waiting for their turn in line they can go experience other attractions."

The ride lasts just over three minutes.

"This attraction is just at seven acres, the ride track is just a mile, we have seven launches, we have two dual drops," said Hinds.

In addition, the coaster goes backwards and the entire train free-falls over 16 feet.
