Over the weekend, Marvin Gaye's song "Got To Give It Up" trended in internet searches, all because of a comparison of the song with Robin Thicke's big hit "Blurred Lines."

The hit is at the center of a legal dispute between Robin Thicke, the estate of Marvin Gaye and Bridgeport Music, who owns some of the music from the band Funkadelic.

The suit battles back against complaints that "Blurred Lines" sounds too similar to the Marvin Gaye hit and a song from Funkadelic called "Sexy Ways".
