Tropical Depression Two passing over Belize, expected to head to Mexico

The National Hurricane Center in Miami has issued a Tropical Depression advisory as of 11am on Monday, June 17, 2013.

It is not expected to be a threat to South Florida.

The depression is located about 60 miles east of Monkey River Town, Belize with maximum sustained winds of 35mph.

The present movement heads west-northwest at 13mph.

The center of the depression will move over Southern Belize this afternoon.

The depression could emerge into the Bay of Campeche on Tuesday.
