Tropical Storm Dorian remains disorganized

Dry air and wind shear have taken its toll on Dorian.

The once Tropical Storm is now a tropical wave as it succumbed to the harsh environment ahead of it. The National Hurricane Center was not able to find a close circular center, and wind speeds have fallen bellow 39 MPH.

Their 5 PM update was the last advisory issued for the storm.

The latest track has the storm dissipating over eastern Cuba by Tuesday of next week.
