Most children went door to door on Halloween gathering up all the sweets their satchels could handle, but for four local girls trick or treating was for much more than to satisfy a sweet tooth.  Jenna Corwin and her friends decided to make their love for animals and Safe Harbor their mission that night.

The four girls hit the streets dressed in their Halloween costumes with a goal to raise money for the animals at Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary & Hospital, instead of candy.  Going door to door, they explained their mission and how much Safe Harbor needed help to continue their mission to help those without a voice.  Their community came through and the girls delivered their donation to Safe Harbor this week.  All in all, the girls raised $100.00!  Safe Harbor thanks Jenna and her friends for their dedication and passion.  It's children like these four that makes the world a better place.
