Oil painting John Hoppner English (1758-1810)

I purchased this vintage oil painting from an estate sale a few months ago. It is really a beautiful potrait of two children. On the back of the frame there is a small piece of paper typed and stapled to the frame which reads THE BOWDEN CHILDREN, JOHN HOPPNER ENGLISH (1758-1810) I don't see a signature on the painting itself unless possibly it is signed beneath where the opening of the frame is. I don't want to try to take it apart to check as it is painted on a stretch canvas. I have more photographs of it showing the faces close up as well as the entire painting closer up. If you would like me to e-mail them please let me know. I would appreciate it if you could tell me it's value and if there is a market to sell it. It measures The size of the painting is 20x24.
