FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Oneal Morris, the transgender woman charged in two counties with injecting a toxic concoction into the backsides of men and women who wanted curvier figures, sent a written plea of not guilty to a Broward judge Thursday morning.
Morris, 31, has been charged in Broward with three counts of practicing medicine without a license. Prosecutors say she injected her "patients" with a dangerous mixture of products including mineral oil, rubber cement, Fix-a-Flat and caulk. The procedures allegedly took place in a Dania Beach motel room in 2009.
She has denied the allegations.
Morris was arrested on similar charges late last year in Miami-Dade County. Photos released after the arrest show that she has also been injected with materials that have left her with a disproportionately large posterior.
