surfguru

3. SURFGURU by S. GURU, INC Price: Free.
A local central Florida surfer saw the need for local surf cams and information and came up with the successful SurfGuru website, and now has branched it off into this free app. The biggest plus about this app is that you can pull up the live cams right on your phone. Unfortunately it's only central Florida cams but it's great for when you're on the road and want to take a peak to see if it's worth driving further north. Popular central Florida breaks like Sebastian Inlet, Spanish house, Indialantic boardwalk, Cocoa Pier, and 2nd Light can be checked on the road with just a few touches. Other features like tides, winds, surf reports and forecasts with charts are also included.

WIPEOUT: It's a little slow. Ads are annoying but then again, it's free so can't complain about that. And as mentioned before, the cams are mostly central Florida and not south Florida.
