Single Fin Showdown surf contest comes to Stuart Beach

Stuart Beach, Fla. - One of the state's largest one-day amateur surf contests is being held this weekend on Stuart Beach.

It's called the single fin showdown.  Ohana Surf Shop helps put it all together. What makes this competition unique is the fact that surfers are paired up with these vintage, single-fin boards at random - before heading into the water.

What's even cooler, though, is this event helps to raise money for the United Way of Martin County. This year they raised more than $6,000!
