Pacers' Foster to have season-ending back surgery

Indiana Pacers forward/center Jeff Foster will undergo season-ending surgery for lower back pain following the All-Star break.

Foster is expected to make a full recovery and participate in training camp in the fall.

The 33-year-old Foster has averaged 3.1 points and 5.1 rebounds in 16 games this season.
