A security guard trampled at a music festival in Miami has been hospitalized in critical condition.
Crowds were trying to get into the Ultra Music Festival, billed as the world's premiere electronic music festival, for free.
Those crowds knocked down a female security guard.
She suffered head trauma and a broken leg, according to Miami's Department of Fire and Rescue.
22 arrests were made on the first night of the festival.
There were 48 rescue runs.
Organizers say the Ultra Music Festival is expected to draw up to 60,000 attendees on each of its three days.
