PALM HARBOR, Fla. - The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and State Fire Marshal investigators are investigating two suspicious fires at in Palm Harbor.
A neighbor saw smoke and alerted a 65-year-old resident and his roommate 63-year-old roommate. Both were able to get out with only minor injuries.
Then, while firefighters were there, a vacant mobile home nearby also caught on fire.
A $10,000 reward is being offered as a reward for information leading to an arrest in connection to the suspicious fires.
The State Fire Marshal is offering a reward up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest, in addition to the park management's reward, which is now $5,000.
Park managers added a night security patrol and plan to install surveillance cameras for added safety.
