Three bodies found in Panhandle mobile home park

WASHINGTON COUNTY, FL -- Authorities are investigating a shooting that left three people dead in a mobile home park in the Florida Panhandle.

Washington County sheriff's officials said deputies responded to the scene Tuesday about 4 p.m. after a call about shots fired. Deputies found a woman and two men dead from gunshot wounds. The names of the victims have not been released.

A fire was also set in the area, and officials quickly put out the flames. Authorities were not searching for a suspect and would not comment on whether the shooter was one of the people found dead.

Crime scene investigators were on the scene searching for a motive along with the state fire marshal and the medical examiner.
