Search for Florida boy cancelled

VALRICO, FL - Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies resumed their search at daybreak for missing toddler Luis Martinez. The 2 year-old little boy was reported missing yesterday around 3:30p.m by his parents. A large scale search with deputies both on foot and on horseback, K-9 units, helicopters and volunteers came up empty with no sign of the boy.

Deputies and agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will resume interviews today with area residents.

A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Martinez who is described as weighing 30 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, last seen in the area of the 400 block of Silver Lane, in Valrico, Florida, wearing a red shirt. If you have any information on the whereabouts of this child
