A Central Florida broker has put up a sign off a busy stretch of highway that's catching the eye of drivers.

The sign in Brandon, Fla., along Bloomingdale Avenue reads, 'Leaving the Country After the Elections? :-)" with a phone number to call to list for sale or rent "before you go."

Dwight McDonald, has been serving the Brandon area for 20 years, and said he wanted to post some humor to the area.

"Most people don't call and say I want to rent or sell my house, they do call and say we were driving down the road and we saw your sign and just started cracking up," he said.

McDonald admits the idea isn't his own, but a Texas realtor who posted a sign offering to sell your house before you move to Canada.

As for if he expects people to leave the country, "I don't expect anyone to leave, but since that thought process is out there, why not use me for your relocation services."

A perfect marketing effort.
