FORT PIERCE — The man accused of shooting and killing a St. Lucie County deputy, was in court Friday morning facing new drug and weapons charges.
Eriese Tisdale, who remains at the Martin County Jail, appeared before a St. Lucie County judge via video conference.
New charges include possession of marijuana, possession of intent to sell cocaine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of short barrel shotgun.
The judge gave him a $10,000.00 bond for the marijuana charge and for possession of the short barrel shotgun.
Tisdale also received a $25,000.00 bond on the cocaine charge and also for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Tisdale was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday for first degree murder, for which he was denied bond.
