LAKE COUNTY, Fla. —A hot air balloon crashed into power lines in Lake County Thursday morning, WESH.com reports.
It happened near the intersection of County Road 44A and Bear Tracks Road
WFTV.com reports one person was taken to Waterman Hospital with a hand injury.
The Orlando Sentinel spoke to the pilot. "I felt I had it under control," said Chuck Rohr, 73, owner of Rohr Balloons. "If I had panicked something major could have happened," he told the Sentinel.
WESH.com says the Federal Aviation Administration will investigate the crash.
