A hearing was held in Zenaida Gonzalez's defamation civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony in Orlando Thursday.

Gonzalez's attorneys want to learn where Anthony is living while serving probation so they can serve her a subpoena to force her to appear at the civil trial.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony because shares the same name with the fictional nanny Anthony initially said kidnapped her daughter Caylee in 2008, according to abcactionnews.com.

According to the Orlandosentinel.com , the judge gave the attorneys permission to get Anthony's secret location.

Wesh.com reports the address will be sealed to the public and only known to the attorneys. Attorneys said that safety will not be compromised

Clickorlando.com reports that the civil lawsuit is scheduled to begin in January.

The attorneys were also seeking any cell phone information, including numbers and provider information, Anthony has used since her acquittal in July 2011.

Anthony's attorneys have filed objections to those motions and are seeking to have the civil suit dismissed.

In January the Daily Beast reported that Anthony was living at The Cross Church in Palm City.

Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers reported at the time that a teen said he caught a glimpse of Anthony receiving a police escort off the property.

A week before that, People magazine reported that Anthony was living in Port St. Lucie.
