According to Lauderhill Fire Rescue, the driver of a Honda Accord smashed through a fence and plowed into a home at Northwest 16th Street and 33rd Avenue overnight Thursday.

Firefighters say the car came through a bedroom wall where a mom and dad were asleep, hit their bed and pushed them through the home.

The couple's 14-year-old daughter was asleep in the next room

All three were taken to the hospital as a precaution, but are expected to be okay.
