Armari Briggs, Zhi Moss: Alert canceled for 2 children missing in Florida Panhandle

UPDATE: FDLE says it has canceled the Missing Child Alert that was issued on 6/26/2014 for Armari Briggs and Zhi Moss.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a 3-year-old girl and 6-month-old boy who were last seen in the Panama City area.

A Florida missing child alert was issued Thursday evening for 3-year-old Armari Briggs and 6-month-old Zhi Moss, who may be in the company of 34-year-old James Allen Moss Jr., according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Armari was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and orange skirt, and may be in need of medical care. She is described as black, 3 feet tall, weighs 35 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Zhi was last seen wearing a white onesie. He is described as black, 2 feet tall, weighs 22 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

James Moss has dreadlocks that are dyed red, and a tattoo on his inner-left forearm and the left side of his neck. He is described as black, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who know Armari, Zhi, or James Moss's whereabouts is asked to call FDLE or the Panama City Police Department at 850-872-3112 or 911.
