ORIGINAL STORY:
An Amber Alert has been issued for 4-year-old Norris Dail Jr. of Jacksonville.
Norris was last seen in the 3800 block of University Boulevard South in Jacksonville. He was wearing a light gray shirt with black shorts.
The child may be in the company of 26-year-old Norris Dail Sr., and they may be traveling in a 2000 silver Mitsubishi Galant with Maryland specialty, Baltimore Ravens, tag number 1BK9546. There is also a Baltimore Ravens sticker in the window, officials said.
