PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. - The rains from Tropical Storm Isaac have given the term "waterfront property" a whole new meaning in Palm Beach County and on the Treasure Coast.
While it looks fun, it is exactly what local officials are urging residents not to do in their flooded neighborhoods.
From rafts, to kayaks and canoes -- not only is it dangerous, but the water is also teeming with bacteria. Palm Beach County advises residents, "Do not allow children to play in and around ditches or canals."
The filthy water clearly didn't stop this local resident from swimming laps in their community.
