Realtor Tracy Walters uses a drone to take aerial photographs of property

(WBBH) A Sanibel, Florida Realtor is showing off homes in a unique way.

Realtor Tracy Walters says he's been using a drone for a little over a month to get spectacular images of his listings.

Law-enforcement agencies, universities and some environmental organizations are allowed to fly remotely piloted aircraft in clearly delineated corridors or swaths of U.S. airspace, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Walters said he doesn't feel he's breaking any laws because he's not threatening anyone's privacy.
