(CNN NEWSOURCE) NASA has released the latest photo of Saturn which was taken by the Cassini spacecraft.
It shows an angled view of the planet's rings, looking toward the sunlit side.
This picture was taken from 1.7 million miles away.
It's the latest release of photos from the joint U-S, European and Italian space agencies.
The Cassini spacecraft has been taking shots of Saturn since 2004.
More will come next year as the mission makes its final orbits around the planet.
