Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to the 7300 block of U.S. 27 near Clewiston Sunday for reports of a man being run over by a tractor, according to Fire Rescue spokesman Captain Albert Borroto.
When rescuers arrived they found a male lying on the ground suffering traumatic-type injuries.
The man was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
