PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- A Port St. Lucie city employee is facing fraud charges.
Police say Troy Edrington stole a long-time friend's identity, opening several credit card and loan accounts and stealing $25,000.
Edrington was arrested Friday.
He works in the Port St. Lucie finance department and helps manage payroll.
He is now on unpaid leave.
