SLCSO arrests Stenley Larose, Kenzy Francios and Gupeone Belizaire in Port St. Lucie rape case

ST. LUCIE COUNTY, fla. - Three St. Lucie County men are being held at the St. Lucie County Jail after sheriff's detectives arrested them for the rape of an 18-year-old woman early Sunday morning.

The three men, 19-year-old Stenley Larose, 20-year-old Kenzy Francios and 21-year-old Gupeone Belizaire were charged with first degree sexual assault involving multiple perpetrators.

It started when the victim went to a party Saturday night in Port Saint Lucie with one of her Facebook friends and two others, according to St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara.

Investigators say when they left the party, the victim asked to be taken home, but instead she was driven to the house of one of the suspects where the sexual battery occurred.

Sheriff Mascara said that after the victim was allowed to get dressed she ran outside to the driveway of a nearby home where a sheriff's office patrol car was parked in a driveway.

"This case is a good example of the dangers that can result from meeting strangers on social media," said Sheriff Mascara in a statement.

The victim was examined at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center and Heart Institute in Fort Pierce.

Each victim's bond was set at $200,000 while officials continue to investigate.
