Port St. Lucie police seek suspect in robbery of Walgreens store

Port St. Lucie Police are asking for your help in identifying the suspect in the robbery of the Walgreens store located at 2901 SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard in Port St. Lucie.

The robbery happened before 2am on Saturday, February 1, 2014.

A man came into the store and told the cashier, "give me all your money or I will kill you."

The robber did not brandish a gun, but kept his hand in his jacket pocket in a manner that indicated that he had a weapon.

The man demanded all of the bills in the register.

While the cashier was gathering the money the man told her to "hurry up or I will kill you."

After taking $350 from the cashier, the suspect exited the store and was picked up by a 4-door car that appeared to be gold in color.

The suspect got into the front passenger seat and the vehicle fled south on SW Tulip Boulevard.

The suspect is described as a white man, medium build, in his 20's, approximately 5' 5" to 5' 8" tall, wearing a black hooded jacket with a red bandana covering his head under the hood.

The suspect also wore a black bandana covering the lower portion of his face, blue shorts and white sneakers.
